Once a 60’s work of art, this apartment was completely gutted and transformed into a modern, light and open living space to showcase the 360 degree view from the mountains to the sea.
Before breaking ground, we undertook a full design of structural layout, joinery and all finishes. Consulted with structural engineers and body corporate. To gain approval from Strata, a full set of plans and information pack were submitted over a number of Strata meetings to bring it all together.

“Fin Abode recently completed a total renovation project for us. This involved modifying a three bedroom apartment on the Northern Beaches.
The project was complicated, at the same time as the works being done to our apartment, major rectification work for the whole building, including concrete cancer, was taking place. This often meant the building was without the use of the lift.
We were completely satisfied with the way the whole Fin Abode team carried out the works. Throughout the project we were kept fully informed when changes had to be made, with options and costings provided to us in a timely manner.
The overall finish and quality of work is quite outstanding, with nothing being too much trouble and carried out with the minimum of fuss and professionalism .
We have no hesitation in recommending Fin Abode to other people contemplating such work and will certainly work with them again on future projects.”
